Sheila: Principle of marketing comms firm
This past summer I had an important business pitch and was completely prepared, but I lost the pitch despite this. One of the team members was inapproriately dressed and I did not think it would actually cost me the win. As a result I consulted with Monique afterwards who confirmed the power of image and encouraged me to trust my instincts next time. She made it clear that dressing properly for business is key and advised me on conveying this to my consultants. I now feel it's imperative to work with Monique, before any big ptiches to make sure that the whole team looks great and follows business protocol. I definitely recommend her and will also add that she has great personal style and is committed to increasing "green awareness" in the fashion industry.
